o You categorize, prioritise and process incoming service requests efficiently and solution-oriented o You analyze existing IT infrastructures and customer environments to identify optimization potentials o You take over the remote support of our customers and occasionally work in the Cologne area o You are working on disorders, requests for change and general inquiries – always with high quality standards o You create understandable and practical documentation as well as instructions for colleagues and customers o You guide and accompany IT projects – from planning to implementation to successful delivery – both internally and with our international customers o You arrange for a structured project communication, co-ordinarily involved teams and ensure the timely implementation o You grow together with us – through new challenges, further development and active exchange in the team o You use your creative space to introduce ideas and develop our services and project processes o You work independently, structured and take responsibility for your tasks and projects

o You have sound knowledge and practical experience in the administration of Windows client/server environments as well as cloud systems o You bring strong skills in IT project management and understand how to plan, coordinate and successfully implement projects o You are not only interested in technical topics, but you want to actively participate in the further development of our products and the strategic orientation of INVENTRY o You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality with you, you like to work in new topics and continue to image o Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation are your strengths. o You have successfully completed a training as a specialist (or a comparable qualification) o You are a real team player and are going to face new challenges with enthusiasm o You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
