Mechanical Supervisor - Assembly Coordination / Plant Construction (m/f/d)

You take the assembly coordination with a focus on safety and quality by ensuring the monitoring and coordination of mechanical assembly work of European customer projects and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards You carry and guide mechanical construction teams, work closely with other structures and monitor the assembly and installation of electrolyzers, skids and pipelines You create work plans, inspection reports and quality documentation and ensure timely completion You take the project preparation, are responsible for compiling the required drawings, documents and tools and assists in creating tender documents

You have a technician, master or completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualifications You have several years of professional experience in plant engineering, ideally in a senior position, and have a well-founded knowledge in the assembly of machines, pipelines and plants. You are familiar with relevant safety guidelines and standards in plant engineering and have experience in leadership and motivation of teams as well as good knowledge in MS Office You are reliable and accurate in your way of working, strong communication and team-ready. You have a class B driver's license and ideally bring additional qualifications such as a forklift or lifting work platform license. The use in heights and the work with personal protective equipment against crash (PSAgA) are of course for you You have a (e.g. international) readiness to travel from 75% to 90%, while you can make project preparations in the home office between the projects You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, at least in B2 level
