You work in the area of Professional Services and are responsible for installing and configuring network technologies in the project business, focusing on components from Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks. You develop modern network designs for new and existing customers and bring your expertise into interdisciplinary teams. You analyze security-relevant events (Security Incidents) and monitor and audit firewall, VPN and network devices (physical and virtual). You support specialist areas in the implementation of safety guidelines, best practices and curing measures. You are also active in 2nd and 3rd level support for networks and firewalls. You like to work in new topics. You also support our team in presales activities, such as customer technical advice and solutions.

Completed training or study with IT focus (e.g. specialist informatics) Multiannual network security experience and sound knowledge about common network and/or cloud technologies Practical experience with Fortinet Secure Networking and Palo Alto Networks Secure Networking components Email Security is familiar to you and you are motivated to further deepen your knowledge in this area and to accompany customer projects New technologies and concepts such as SASE or Zero Trust fascinate you and you bring the ready chat to continuous training with You like to work remotely, but are also ready to occasionally support customers locally German (C1)- and very good English knowledge in word and writing
