BIM Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks include: Advising the company's operational units in implementing BIM projects BAP's creation BIM-Fachcoordination incl. IT-supported model evaluation Head of the cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental working group to BIM in the company Analysis of the (software) requirements of individual departments in the company and creation of investment recommendations Instruction of employees and, where appropriate, carrying out internal BIM training and coordination of necessary external training Internal and external contact in the project as part of the interface function Reporting on the Company's ongoing BIM projects and BIM processes to management

Successfully completed architectural or civil engineering studies or corresponding multi-year successful practical qualification Experience in the development of BIM projects with regard to design, model testing and collaboration in the role of the BIM coordinator (technical or overall coordination) Safe handling of IFC viewers, coordination software and the combination of specialist models including evaluation and issue management Experience in the creation and application of scripts for model evaluations as part of the BIM technical or overall coordination (e.g. Desite / VDC Manager or BIM-collab) Experience in the use of common data environments (CDE) (e.g. ACC, EPLASS) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing independent working and high consulting competence Impressed ability to interdisciplinary thinking and integral cooperation Good presentation and communication skills
