You conduct the technical operation at the Berlin site (education projects and technical service). This ensures efficient resource and capacity planning and ensures compliance with dates, quality and customer requirements across all projects and contracts. You run the team (trainees, technicians, construction managers, project managers) and build the powerful, quality-oriented organization at the location in the Marienpark Innovation Quarter in Berlin. You control selected projects and ensure compliance with standards, manufacturers and customer requirements throughout the entire responsibility. There is a special focus on fulfilling customer SLAs and documentation obligations. You are responsible for the economic management of the site (budget, cost and earnings responsibility) and implements improvement measures to increase efficiency and margin. You act as an operative contact for customers in your area of responsibility, support sales in the offer phase and take active escalation management into technical, terminological or qualitative challenges. You work closely with central functions such as sales, engineering and business services and support Strategic Sourcing in stock and material management. In addition, you will participate in the further development of processes, services and technical solutions of the group of companies.

Multiannual professional experience in safety technology (e.g. fire detection, intrusion detection, video or access control systems) or a comparable technical environment. Safe handling of standards, regulations and quality standards as well as knowledge in VOB, construction and contract law. Entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer and team orientation. A quick understanding, analytical, structured and resilient. High sense of responsibility, ability to enforce and professional appearance. Very good communication skills in word and writing. Your English skills are also very good.
