Team Manager Workplace Experience (m/f/d)

You work in the Workplace Experience department and will lead a multi-site team, central workplace services, such as our Mobility Services (Fleet and Travel), manage projects around our property and take on operational responsibility. We are looking for a personality who understands the workplace experience as much more than the operation of an office and who wants to continuously improve our services and make a significant contribution to employee satisfaction. Your tasks Leadership & Team You guide, develop and coach the Workplace Experience team and create a motivating working environment You promote ownership, cooperation and innovation You plan resources and conduct regular feedback, development and target talks Workplace Experience: You control area optimizations as well as office renovations/renovations/removals and coordinate cross-site workplace projects You control external service providers with your team and ensure high service quality You are responsible for budget planning, cost control and the economic management of your responsibility You develop processes, standards and governance structures and advance their standardization across multiple locations You work closely with the Procurement, Office Operations, Legal, IT, HR and Finance as well as other departments You’re running optimization measures from data and user feedback

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the field of workplace or office management, facilities, hospitality or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience and first to multi-year leadership experience Very good communication and stakeholder management skills at all hierarchical levels Strategic thinking, a pronounced hand-on mentality and high flexibility, combined with a pragmatic, solution- and service-oriented mode of operation Embossed organisational and coordination skills and a structured and careful working Safe handling of MS Office as well as excellent knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
