We are looking for a dedicated calibrator (m/w/d).

You can expect varied tasks with great decision-making and discretion.

Location: Berlin

You create precise cost estimates and offers for construction projects in construction and turnkey construction They analyze tenders, calculate material and labour costs and evaluate project risks With sound expertise, you support the team in pricing and contribute significantly to the economic implementation of construction projects They bring sound market knowledge and are actively working on pricing and cost design in the Berlin market, always with a view to high quality standards You create and edit quotations, order and post-calculations as well as costing performance directories and awarding units You enter and evaluate all required services according to tender documents in compliance with relevant guidelines and standards (VOB, DIN, EN) even in public tenders You carry out local visits, create site setup and schedules and evaluate the mode of execution You are interested in 5D planning and calculation

They have a degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture or technical vocational training They bring several years of professional experience in the calculation of construction and turnkey construction projects with You have profound knowledge of the Berlin building market and relevant standards (VOB, DIN, EN) They possess a high level of technical and economic understanding and a sense of responsibility You control a safe handling of the current MS Office applications, RIBiTWO (formerly ARRIBA) and MS-Project They like to work in the team and have strong communication skills
