Analysis and optimization of existing processes in the field of operations and logistics Coach, Coach and Motivator for the implementation of various Lean principles Presentation of workshops and training related to lean principles, methods and tools Identification and implementation of potential improvements, support of the CS process Visualization of processes Implementation of assessments according to the Rheinmetall standards Implementation of standardization projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline Professional experience in the searched field Knowledge of Lean Management within an industrial company Production experience of advantage Ideally experience with CVP projects Very good MS Office and good SAP knowledge of advantage Secure knowledge of English and German in word and writing High level of organisational and coordination capacity and a pronounced Communication and team skills Basic willingness to travel
