You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical and existing documentation as well as digitization: these include manuals, service documents and work instructions. Checking and updating: Regular review and retrieval of new revisions for technical documents You take care of interface management: cooperation with various departments such as sales, production, quality management and development. You take over the optimization of documentation processes: further development and standardization of workflows and documentation processes Digitization of existing documentation: Conversion of paper documents into digital formats and integration into the document management system Creation and maintenance of digital documentation: development and updating of technical manuals, service documents and work instructions in digital form Optimization of documentation processes: Implementation and improvement of digital workflows to increase efficiency Cooperation with various departments such as IT, production, quality management and development is one of your daily tasks You support colleagues in technical questions and the handling of digital documentation systems and also carry out training

You have completed technical training or craft training ideally bring you multi-year professional experience in technical documentation Communication skills: ability to understand complex technical information and to communicate with different departments.
