Our team develops training concepts for the sales team worldwide and organizes training events for sellers. As a team, we focus on product training for cars and VAN. In your internship, you will accompany the team in the context of digital market launch projects (vehicle launches) as well as in the planning, preparation and implementation of international events. These challenges include: Support in planning, preparation and timely support on site of an international training event for cars (Global Training Experience) in autumn 2025 in Salzburg Support in the planning, preparation and support of international train the trainer events in Stuttgart-Vaihingen In the design of innovative training methods and their implementation Creating presentation documents for decision-making within the framework of committee work Moving vehicle fleets as part of transfer journeys and training tours. Pre- and preparation of digital learning content as well as the incorporation into a content management system (eLearnings, Game-based Learning Modules) Various project management tasks as well as cooperation in the daily business
