WCG Wärme Contracting GmbH is active in the field of heat supply and offers private customers innovative and efficient heat solutions. As part of our all-round careless service, we take over the planning, installation, maintenance and operation of modern heating systems, including gas combustion systems and heat pumps. A special focus is on sustainable, environmentally friendly technologies and reliable and comfortable heat supply. We work closely with regional craft partners and stand for safety, reliability and financial flexibility.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated area sales manager (m/w/d), who serves our craft partners, to build new partnerships and actively contribute to the further development of our sales.

Area: Ostriesland, Friesland, Wesermarsch to Oldenburg

Continuous support and support of our craft partners Construction of new partner companies in the existing catchment area as well as in new federal areas as part of our further roll-out Representation of WCG at trade fairs and industry events vis-à-vis manufacturers and trade unions Coordination of external processes and clarification of individual cases including random audit Participation in the construction and further development of a digital partner portal as part of the expansion of e-pilot Close cooperation with internal disciplines to optimize processes and partner satisfaction Your goals Building and maintaining long-term, trusted customer and partner relationships to increase loyalty and bond Development of strong partnerships as the first contact for our craft partners Control of the entire distribution process – from addressing and consulting, offering creation and contract conclusion Identification of market opportunities and early recognition of trends and potentials Creating new ideas to strengthen our competitive position

Complete technical or craft training, ideally in the area of heating, sanitary, climate (SHK) or energy technology Ideally m year-old professional experience in the heating or SHK environment Experience in the field of external services, sales or the care of craft businesses Technical understanding and safe handling of craft partners Communication strength, binding appearance and independent functioning readiness to travel within the sales area Joy in networking and building long-term partnerships
