Marketing & PR Manager (m/f/d)

You control marketing and PR actions for concerts, exhibitions and other cultural event formats You plan, book and coordinate classic advertising measures in print and out-of-home areas – from posters and flyers to ad campaigns – and work closely with internal graphic designers and external service providers You create media plans, coordinate budgets and timings and evaluate ongoing campaigns in terms of reach and effect You identify, maintain and maintain media and cooperation partnerships and take on the active address of potential partners You coordinate several projects in parallel, prioritize tasks and ensure that campaigns and communication measures are implemented reliably and on time You are responsible for operational marketing and PR processes in day-to-day business and occasionally accompany events on site

You have a completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on marketing, communication, media or a comparable subject You ideally have first professional experience in marketing, in the PR, communication or event organization and bring a good understanding of classical advertising and sales-oriented marketing with You work structured, organised and independent, can set priorities and keep an overview of several parallel projects and under time pressure You communicate professionally, enter safely in exchange with partners and service providers and feel comfortable in a family, dynamic working environment You work routined with Microsoft 365 and have strong written expressiveness as well as very good German and good English skills You bring a high level of commitment and enjoy culture, events and live entertainment
