Immo & Grund Service GmbH has been a well-established building service provider in Chemnitz since 1995, specializing in renovation and modernization, sustainable maintenance as well as building and housekeeping services. As a part of the Laub real estate group, the focus is on caring for residential and commercial properties, including listed properties.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for

Your tasks

• implementation of general housekeeping activities such as house cleaning and winter service
• Small repairs in indoor and outdoor areas
• Maintenance of outdoor and green areas
• Control of the overall state of the real estate, green spaces, underground garages and pitches
• Support for further craft activities

Your profile

• Handicraft skill and affinity for the care of green plants
• Technical understanding
• training in horticultural design or a craft training desirable
• Responsibility, reliability and flexibility
• High operational readiness
• Valid driving licence
• More craft skills are welcome!
