• From the first workshop to the successful implementation: When it comes to advising and supporting digital projects in public administration, especially in local and regional administrations, you take a central role.
• Even if deadlines are close or if delivery bottlenecks are cancelled, you keep the peace, find solutions and prove our customers to have the right partner with us.
• You know the management structures and stakeholders as well as the IT framework conditions, including specialist procedures and current trends, and use this knowledge to identify innovative IT services and solutions and to support sales in the integration of new technologies into our consulting services.
• You are advising on the basis of your specific expertise in customer projects and workshops, mastering the creation of digital strategies and recommendations for action on digital transformation and accompanying tender processes and feasibility analyses for IT projects in public administration.
• You support public administration to modernise and digitally implement administrative processes.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Multiannual experience in the public sector, ideally in the areas of consulting/project management (country/communities)
• You have experience in project management and have certifications in Prince2, IPMA, Scrum, etc.
• Practice in digitalization projects in the public sector, in particular in the fields of strategy consulting, process digitalisation, eGovernment and IT-based management modernization
• Knowledge of current trends and technologies such as end-to-end digitalization, register modernisation, low-code/no-code platforms, AI-based management processes, cloud solutions and interoperability standards
• We particularly appreciate your strong communication strength, your ability to present confidently to audiences, and your empathy in dealing with different stakeholders. In addition, you are convinced by excellent knowledge of German in word and writing as well as your commitment to innovative and practical solutions in public administration.
• You work independently, you like to take initiative and have the pleasure of planning new topics, working on complex issues and working in new areas of expertise in the short term. You always keep an overview and organize yourself efficiently.
