Description Your main tasks: Area of operation: Control of service implementation and guidance of employees Supporting employees in emergency and exceptional situations Purpose of objects to identify local changes Checks on compliance with provisions of occupational, health and fire protection in accordance with the requirements of occupational safety and logging Emergency assignment of objects in case of short-term requirements or in case of failure of employees Alarm tracking according to service instructions and support of Securitas Mobile when required via the service Implementation of object recordings and coordination tasks for special services Area of application administration: Consumption of service and deportation as well as status messages for individual location monitoring Implementation of existing orders/ employee orders Consumption and processing of additional requirements Rescheduling in the case of medical reports and non-appearance of employees Processing of alarm and fault messages in the objects, as well as for customers according to specifications incl. Organisation of separat control Management of control inspectors (direction, control, distribution of tasks) Control and guidance of personnel used in service objects Maintenance of service outside business hours Management, acceptance and output of keys stored in the feed line, office materials, vehicle documents, etc.
