The Mühlenkreiskliniken are looking for reinforcement for finance and controlling for clinical studies and third-party funding projects.

Commercial accompaniment of clinical studies and third-party projects – from costing to financial project completion Creation and examination of study calculations and support in the economic evaluation of new study projects Establishment of budgets and monitoring of the use of funds, cost development and payment inputs and open receivables Responsibility for complete and audit-proof documentation and for reliable time-limit management Regular coordination with study managements, clinics, the financial sector as well as external sponsors and funders Further development and digitization of processes in the management of studies and third-party funds together with the areas involved

Complete business studies or a commercial or administrative training with relevant professional practice Ideally experience in third-party management, project controlling, finance, clinical research or in a comparable environment Understanding accounting, costing and financial project management Secure handling of MS Office, especially with Excel; Advantageous ERP knowledge Good knowledge of English for cooperation with international sponsors and contractors Careful, structured and independent functioning as well as prioritization and service-oriented communication skills
