Become part of our team and support you as a process engineer work preparation (m/w/x). Your role Analysis of production processes

Evaluation of quality problems and derivation of measures to ensure process stability in series production

Further development and optimization of processes in the field of assembly and adjustment of optoelectronic systems (e.g. development of continuous improvement measures)

Creation of the assembly instructions (MAW) for assembly and accompaniment with regard to process optimization and first-level support

Preparation of the documentation of new, further developed or existing production processes (e.g. production of the specifications)

Supporting processes in new product applications and technology changes as well as ensuring target achievement in terms of dates, costs and quality

Accompanying the transfer of new products from development to production and interface between production and development

Developing together with controlling the investment decision templates for new resources

Initiation and implementation of projects to reduce costs and lead time

Development of tasks and milestones for and with the project team

Implementation, implementation and monitoring of project actions

completed university studies, for example in the fields of laser and optotechnologies, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial engineering

excellent technical understanding and high interest in relationships in manufacturing areas

secure MS Office knowledge and experience in the application of ERP systems

Experience in project management, Six Sigma and LEAN are desirable

independent working and systematic approach to problem solving

high own initiative, flexibility, team capacity and customer/service orientation

pronounced communication strength with an analytical, structured, empirical and self-responsive manner

very good German and good English skills
