Operation, charging and monitoring of modern production and melting plants Monitoring of pressure, temperature as well as valves and correct setting of bath mixtures at the plants Safe filling of melting and treatment furnaces with the necessary raw materials Participation in the casting of liquid copper in moulds and support of the team during mould change Cleaning, grinding and deburring of cast metal parts (e.g. with angle grinders) and marking of the workpieces crushing and sorting of slag and pieces of material with hand tools or compressed air hammers Green cleaning of production plants, pipelines and containers with high-pressure cleaners, compressed air or water hoses Mechanically freeing the castings of slag residues and, if necessary, re-spraying Preparation of cathode plates for the production process (cleaning and mechanical bonding with protective strips) Tracking and direct removal of short circuits in the current electrolysis operation on site
