Point by point. As a team leader*in in the insolvency administration, you assume the professional and organizational responsibility for a team in the field of insolvency proceedings. You tax operational processes, ensure compliance with legal requirements and support the insolvency administrators in the efficient implementation of complex procedures.

Your main tasks include:

Professional leadership and further development of a team in the insolvency administration Control and monitoring of ongoing insolvency proceedings in close coordination with insolvency administrators Ensuring compliance with legal deadlines, quality standards and internal guidelines Coordination of complex procedures, including operational progress and corporate insolvency Examination and approval of essential process steps and quality assurance control of material processing Communication with courts, creditors, debtors and other parties Optimization of processes and participation in the further development of internal standards Support for strategic issues and reporting to the field management

You can. You're clear, valuable and decision-making. You work structured, solution-oriented and keep track of complex processes. You have:A completed legal or economic training (e.g. full-time lawyer, business lawyer*in) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in insolvency administration or restructuring Knowledge of insolvency law as well as process processing Experience in the professional leadership or coordination of teams Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) Safe handling of MS Office and insolvenz-specific software You have:Expressed leadership and communication skills A high level of responsibility and decision-making Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial understanding Organizational skills and quality awareness You are:team-oriented, sovereign, strong and resilient
