Specialist Compensation & Benefits (m/w/d) Support in building a company-wide job architecture Working in the development/structuring/harmonization of role profiles, functional families and career stages Implement and maintain a suitable job evaluation procedure Creating pay transparency reports, gender-pay gap analyses and risk assessments Analyse and interpret tariff developments and their impact on the company

Completed study with business background, ideally with focus on HR or controlling Professional experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits, ideally in collective companies Very good knowledge of the application of established job evaluation procedures (e.g. analytical procedures, functional assessment, collective bargaining) Experience in dealing with remuneration systems and pay structures and related rules in the collective bargaining environment Experience in building or developing a job architecture desirable Safe handling of HR systems, data analysis and reporting Embossed analytical skills and a structured working method
