Building and further development of an interdisciplinary responsibility area including teams in the repair department; Establishing a participative, value-adding and consistent leadership and work environment. Discipline leadership, promotion of personnel development and guaranteeing a professional appearance and work image in the inside and outside. coordination of interfaces to AV, ENG, QS and project; Integration of experts (PSM, PIE, etc.) for process optimization, shop-floor management and achievement of the corporate and departmental goals.

Graduated technical training in mechanical engineering as well as successfully acquired qualification as master or technician (m/w/d). Multiannual professional experience in repair work, combined with already accumulated leadership experience. Performance-oriented action, strong design and enforcement ability. Excellent organizational skills; efficient taxation of complex workflows. Strong communication skills, team skills and high social competence. Loadability and reliable results also under pressure. Targeted leadership of the team as well as promotion of further development in order to achieve the corporate goals.
