Your tasks Support the planning, control and analysis of personal marketing campaigns to address potential talents.

Conduct keyword analyses and support in the implementation of search engine marketing (SEA).

Work on the continuous development of campaigns to increase their efficiency.

Control and manage the campaign budget efficiently and needs-oriented.

Monitor the campaign performance based on KPIs and support the optimization of targets.

Work closely with agencies and service providers to ensure smooth implementation of the campaigns.

Watch the market, competitors and current trends to identify innovative approaches in personal marketing.

You are You are in advanced studies (3rd semesters and upwards) in the field of marketing, communication, economics or a comparable discipline.

You have a basic understanding of (performance) marketing and first practical experience in this field.

You are interested in and ideally have first knowledge in dealing with SEA, Google Ads, Meta Ads as well as analysis tools.

You are safe in handling digital tools and have a good sense of numbers and analyses.

You have very good knowledge of German and have pronounced communicative skills.

You can work up to 20 hours a week and increase up to 40 hours in lecture-free time.
