Construction Manager – High-Quality Real Estate Projects Residential & Commercial (m/f/d)

In the course of sustainable growth, we are looking for an experienced building manager (m/w/d), who works and manages sophisticated construction projects in residential and commercial construction. In this responsible role, you are the central interface between planning, exporting companies and internal departments.

Own-responsible building management of new construction and existing projects in housing and commercial construction Control of the construction design via the power phases 7–9 HOAI incl. Date, cost and quality control Coordination and control of all works involved in the construction and ensuring the conformity of the contract Participation in tendering and awarding (AVA) and support in the preparation and testing of performance directories Subsequent management, audit and implementation of construction meetings Ensuring compliance with technical regulations and regulations (VOB, DIN, VDI) as well as performing quality controls and decreases Coordination with specialist planners, authorities and project participants as well as reporting to project management and management

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture - or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in construction management, ideally 8–10 years, in residential or commercial construction Experience in controlling complex construction projects as well as in object monitoring (LPh 7-9 with focus on LPh 8) Good knowledge in tendering and awarding (AVA) as well as in cost and follow-up management Very good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (VOB/B, VOB/C, DIN) Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and organisational strength Communication strength, enforcement and economic thinking
