This means: Project Management & ClickUp Management Maintain, structure and keep up-to-date – daily 20–40 review, prioritize and assign parallel projects and tasks to the team Monitoring deadlines, detecting bottlenecks early and solving proactively Optimizing project workflows and automation in ClickUp Team control & leadership 7–10 Team members: Account Manager, Graphics, Online Marketing, Junior Project Manager, Freelancer Lead Weekly Team Meeting: Status, Priorization, Blocker Resolution Control the utilisation of the team and address capacity bottlenecks in time 1–2x per week manage spontaneous repriorization when it burns – make quick decisions New team members work operatively (structure, working methods, processes) Briefings & Customer Onboarding Create and distribute mailings for campaigns, landing pages and advertising media Coordinating customer onboarding: Ensure all steps from contract start to ongoing support Conduct customer agreements by email, phone or videocall until order clarity prevails Quality control & reporting Check Deliverables before delivery: Will the agency quality be maintained? (No small-scale design decisions – but the overall standard must vote) Status updates to the management: What is going on, what stops, where needs support escalate problems early – not when it burns, but when it starts to smoke

Must-have: Experience with project management tools – ClickUp ideal, Asana/Monday/Jira also goes leadership experience – you have already managed a team, not only coordinated Agency experience – you know multi-client environments, parallel projects and agency tempo Online Marketing Basic Understanding – You don't have to run campaigns yourself, but understand what your team does German at native language level (C2) – you communicate with the team, with customers and with the management Nice-to-have: ClickUp Power Users (Automations, Custom Fields, Dashboards) QA/Quality Management Experience (test processes, checklists, standards) Experience in the automotive or car house environment (we train internally – but a projection does not harm) Personal: Overview of complexity: 20–40 parallel tasks, 7–10 people, different projects – and you still know where it is.
