Management and control of complex IT projects with a focus on ERP systems Full project responsibility from need analysis to system selection to implementation and go-live Analysis and optimization of existing ERP processes in close cooperation with specialist departments Coordination of internal and external project participants incl. Service management Ensuring compliance with time, budget and quality objectives Risk and change management as well as ongoing process optimization Use of modern project management methods (classical and agile) Implementation of workshops, training and presentations

Completed studies in the field (economic) informatics, business management or comparable training At least 5 years of experience in IT project management with proven expertise in ERP projects Deep understanding of ERP processes in areas such as finance, logistics, production or HR Experience in change management and process consulting of advantage Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or SCRUM Master desirable Embossed communicative skills with different hierarchies and sovereign stakeholder management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
