Tasks

• Care, development and optimization of our company-wide quality management system
• Training and guidance of new employees in handling the QM system
• Preparing, monitoring and reprocessing of ISO certification and customer audits
• Active role as a representative of the quality department in development projects
• definition, documentation and tracking of quality and improvement measures
• Creation and processing of 8D reports for warranty complaints
• Planning and implementation of internal audits
• Creation of quality statistics and key figures
• Creation and maintenance of specifications and forms

Profile

• Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications
• multiannual professional experience in the quality management of a manufacturing company
• Experience in the application of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5S etc.
• Qualification for internal auditor
• German and conversation-proof English skills
• Standing for occasional missions
