For the Korbach site, we would like to give an intern (m/w/d) the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the work of the Human Relations (HR) department, especially in the field of training and personnel and organizational development. Ideally, the period of the internship is 3 to 6 months, a combination of voluntary and compulsory internships being possible. Tasks include: knowledge of and support in administrative and organizational tasks in training as well as in personnel and organizational development using different systems such as SAP Cooperation and support in recruiting trainees and dual students Support in talent management cycle, e.g. in preparing talent management conferences Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of training and further qualification measures Working with Employer Branding Initiatives in the field of training Accompanying current strategic projects and cooperation with individual special topics, including independent research and development on specific topics Support and support of the team in operational tasks, e.g. when creating presentations

Safe handling of MS Office programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Interest in HR topics, especially in the field of training, personnel and organisational development Engaged, independent and detailed operation as well as organizational talent Open type, contact and communication strength Please remember to upload your current enrollment certificate as well as your current grade and an excerpt from the current study order with regard to the performance of a mandatory internship, as these are absolutely necessary for the processing of your application!
