These are your tasks: Acquisition of salesman data and initiation of off-market transactions from your network Coordination and settlement of sales processes for office and mixed use properties Creation of sales price estimates, pitch presentations and marketing documents Full support of our national/international customers throughout the transaction process Provision of purchase advice services / Buy-side-Advisory Further development and maintenance of the industry-wide customer network Coordination and support of purchase contract negotiations

That's what you bring: Completed studies, with a focus on real estate or completed real estate business training, like i. V. m.
