Engineer for Laser Scanning & 3D As-built Modeling (m/f/d)

In this position, you play a central role in the collection, processing and use of 3D laser scanning data for new construction and renovation projects. Main tasks include: Implementation of 3D laser scans in new construction and renovation projects Creation of IST models and 3D stand models in common 3D CAD software (Revit) Processing and transfer of the scan model data for external project planners (architects, TGA, plant and structural planners) Compensation of the laser scan data with planning and inventory documents (sound-actual comparisons, collision and deviation analyses) You work in interdisciplinary construction project teams with different disciplines, such as construction, supply technology and electrical engineering in the most diverse projects with You work in the selection and execution of freelance services with You are responsible for the control, quality and performance of externally commissioned engineering offices and exporting companies You are responsible for incorporating into the applicable BIM standards and extending the newly acquired stock data into the existing BIM structure

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, utility technology or a comparable engineering degree course. Further requirements: You bring several years of professional experience after graduation in the field of laser scanning, 3D modelling and CAD-based inventory recordings You have experiences with large and complex scanning projects You think analytical and innovative, independently develop new topics and are happy to work scientifically and forward-looking You have secure knowledge of the common Microsoft Office products Cross-departmental action is natural for you and you are happy to communicate with internal and external contact persons You are able to run a service car and have a valid class B licence You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51,000,00 € – approx. 82.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
