Capture, analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for salesforce solutions, integrations and adjustments. In cooperation with the architect and the Functional BA, scalable salesforce architectures develop, focusing on data models, security, automation and API integrations. Create and maintain documentation on data models, system sequences, integrations and configurations. Dedicate between business and technology teams to ensure efficient implementation according to best practices. Write and review technical specifications of User Stories to ensure clarity, feasibility and alignment with the business requirements before Sprint planning. Developer support by clarifying User Stories as well as guidance on the configuration and development of Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Apex, Lightning and Validation Rules. Support for the definition of test cases, validation of technical solutions and support of Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, version control and best practices for deployments) for smooth releases.
7+ years of experience as Salesforce Technical Business Analyst with profound knowledge in architecture and integration. In-depth expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Flows, SOQL/SOSL. Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), preferably middleware such as boomi, as well as comprehensive knowledge in data modeling. Knowledge of scalable processes (batch Apex, Queueable, event architectures). Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and technical user stories. Confidence with Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, ideally Gearset). Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I, Integration Architect) are advantageous.
