Senior Program Manager (m/f/d)

In your new role as Senior Program Manager, you assume the overall responsibility for a Germany-wide customer program run by two German CTDI locations and external logistics partners. In particular, you are responsible for: Control and ensuring the daily achievement of defined KPIs Responsibility for operational performance and quality, including definition and implementation of optimization measures Monitoring of economic performance, including accounting, revenue tracking and budget control Identification and proactive control of program risks and continuous optimization of processes Central interface between the customer and all internal and external areas involved in service provision Creating regular customer reports and ensuring a transparent exchange of information with the customer This place reports to the General Manager Operations.

Completed studies (economic or technical) or comparable training Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Professional experience in supply chain Business knowledge and experience in project management Good communication skills and problem-solving competence Self-working and multitasking capability Customer orientation, team skills and readiness to travel (25%)
