Our hardware development works on new products, product variants, developments and the long-term protection of existing devices. In order to support our hardware developers (w/m/d) and the management of hardware development (w/m/d), we are looking for a self-working personality that coordinates projects, drives cross-cutting topics and develops our processes and tools together with us.

You support the technical leaders in the planning and coordination of hardware development projects. The professional responsibility remains with the respective developers; You create transparency, coordinate interfaces and ensure consistent tracking.

Your tasks include: Planning, coordination and tracking of ongoing hardware development projects Voting dates, dependencies, resources and open decisions Preparing regular status overviews for project participants and stakeholders Moderation of project meetings and follow-up of agreed measures Coordination of external development partners, service providers and technology suppliers Support for offers, contracts, schedules and delivery items Accompanying customer and quality audits as well as coordinating the resulting measures Supporting the management of hardware development in prioritization and strategic orientation Analysis and development of development processes, roles and interfaces Selection, introduction and further development of suitable methods and tools Coordination of overarching topics such as laboratory infrastructure, development environments or organisational improvement measures As this role is created again, you will be given the opportunity to actively shape tasks, processes and cooperation.

More detailed: Technical background, ideally in electrical engineering, information technology, technical computer science or a comparable area Experience in hardware development, technical project management or coordination of technical projects Good understanding of development processes and the typical dependencies between technology, quality, purchasing and product management Structured, independent and binding procedures Very good communication and moderation capabilities Ability to make complex facts understandable and prepare decisions Experience with project management, documentation or ALM tools Good knowledge of German and English Experiences with external development service providers, process improvements, tool introductions, audits or regulated development environments are helpful.
