For our customers, the Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, we are looking for a Junior EHS Manager (m/w/d) with EHS Support function at the Erlangen site as part of the employee transfer.

Your tasks:

• Support for EHSMiP in the creation of the building site documentation in accordance with national laws on environmental, health and occupational safety and the project-specific EHS management system

• EHS reporting and documentation according to SE, PE and project requirements

• Participation in regular visits to identify and document hazards and best practices in the project

• support in determining the causes and implementing corrective measures as well as cooperation in the documentation of all accidents, near accidents and insecure working conditions in the project and at the construction site

• Support in the production of regular instruction, Toolbox Talks, Safety Moments for all construction site employees based on risk assessments, workflow descriptions and findings from incident reports

• Regular reporting to line management, planning - organization - implementation of annual certification in coordination with SCL team, participants from the corresponding units, the construction sites to be audited and locations as well as the auditors

• Content and time planning of the Zero Harm workshops at the construction sites, updating taking into account the findings from completed workshops, including so-called specialist experts for the various priorities

• EHS-Container (construction sites): Ensure the perfect condition of all components and, if necessary, Restocking of the contents, regular updating of the associated SharePoint, coordination and utilization planning on the German construction sites, securing the settlement of the container in the ordering projects

• Support in supplier management (planning and moderation of the online appointments, the annual supplier day in DE, as well as support in preparation and execution of unplanned supplier appointments and events), support in preparation for Zero Harm week and other key events

Your profile:

• Successful study of a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering), or a qualification for the state-tested technician/master (m/w/d)
• Basic knowledge of EHS
• MS Office knowledge
• Experience in adult education
• 2- to 3-year project or construction site experience desirable
• Ability to analyze and systematize
• Good communication and moderation capability
• Language knowledge in German and English
• Ability to cross-cultural work
