Tax monitoring of M&A activities, restructuring and the integration of newly acquired companies or groups of companies Support in the further development of a tax compliance management system Compilation of tax balances and complex income tax returns with multi-level corporate relationships Coordination and professional management of tax audits Participation in the determination of tax provisions and deferred taxes according to HGB and IFRS as part of annual accounts and group reporting

Complete business or economic studies focusing on accounting and tax Completed tax advisor examination and multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in the tax department of an international group or a Big 4 audit company User knowledge of MS Office products as well as knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and DATEV Secure knowledge of English in word and writing
