E.ON Grid Solutions Trainee Program - Trainee Occupational Safety / HSE (m/f/d)

This is how the trainee program runs: Individual entry & Onboarding: You start with a comprehensive introduction program to get to know the E.ON Grid Solutions, the E.ON Group and the energy industry and your future tasks. Rotation principle: Cross-functional placements focusing on occupational safety/HSE and partner company management at E.ON Grid Solutions and in the E.ON Group offer you a wide range of insights. Special Goodie: Program-accompanying two-year qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (Sifa) with the final certification. Training & Mentoring: You benefit from tailor-made training offers, soft skills trainings (learning journey) and a professional and personal mentor as well as a buddy that will accompany you during the program. Own-sponsored projects: From the outset, you take responsibility for your own projects and actively contribute to the design of the occupational safety culture of the EGS. You work in various teams.

That's what you bring: Completion: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of engineering science and employ your technological know-how to evaluate modern security challenges in a sound manner. Practical experience: Practical experience in the field of energy management and electrical engineering is advantageous. Flexibility: You quickly adapt to changes and provide a high level of readiness to travel if required: for example, for long-term use at the various E.ON locations or for short-term needs, such as an accident analysis. Team skills & collaboration: You like working in the team, building sustainable relationships through active collaboration and developing effective solutions together with stakeholders. Innovation joy: You have fun in questioning existing work protection measures, trying new ways and introducing innovative ideas. Especially when it comes to safe working processes in the energy industry. Communication capability: You can communicate safely in German and in English and can convey complex facts clearly and understandably - whether in the team, in workshops or in exchange with specialist areas.
