Transformation Consultant (m/f/d)

You develop clear target images for processes and approach models – with a focus on a customer experience that sustainably delights. You translate existing structures into concrete optimization potentials and into future-oriented, digitally shaped solution concepts along the customer journey. You guide transformation projects from conception to implementation, bringing together vision, priorities and roadmap. You moderate workshops, structuring multi-layered topics, actively shape the change and make it possible for everyone to experience it. You act as a central point of intersection between consulting, customer service, development and other stakeholders. You make sure that solutions can be implemented, work in everyday life and work sustainably.

You have a degree, for example in business, (economic) informatics or organizational development. You have several years of experience in the consulting or transformation environment, ideally with CX or digital focus. You analyze requirements structured, develop sound concepts and recognize KI potentials. You consistently evaluate digital solutions from customer perspective and with a view to feasibility and benefit. You think process-oriented, work pragmatically and independently. You communicate clearly and keep track of many stakeholders.
