They run the area with the tasks of personnel, finance and administration as a central, holistic service unit. They advise the managing directors competently and in a solution-oriented manner in matters of human resources and financial management and support them in the development of an effective organization of construction and execution. They recruit the staff needed for the World Games 2029 and provide a smooth and efficient performance of the event through a predictive deployment plan. You guide your area of responsibility in a targeted and performance-oriented manner and efficiently manage resources along the TWG strategy. They create evaluations and statistics and are responsible for financial and personnel reporting to the management. They have ideally experience in the implementation of awards and the settlement of third-party funds and grants and the writing of usage decisions.

They have a completed master's degree or equivalent university degree in public management, business management, economics, administrative sciences or a comparable qualification.
