Planning of demanding building projects from basic assessment to execution planning (LPH 1-5) in the areas of health, industrial, commercial and residential construction and restoration Creation of conceptual designs and their coordination with customers and authorities Creation of construction applications, detailed and execution plans, tender documents, construction descriptions and performance directories Implementation of feasibility studies

Successful degree in architecture, successfully completed training for the design designer (m/w/d), further education for the construction technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in the HOAI performance phases 1-5 – career starters (m/w/d) with corresponding qualification are also welcome Knowledge of building regulations and relevant standards and regulations Professional handling of CAD, ideally ArchiCad Self-employed and structured work Service-oriented appearance to our customers German Knowledge C1 in Word and Writing
