For our Campus Alpin in Garmisch-Partenkirchen we are looking for you as a scientific-administrative assistance. The focus of the activity is on scientific project coordination and administration management for the department Regional Climate Systems.

In particular, your area of responsibility includes: Project control and monitoring of project objectives and project performance Organisation of recruiting new employees and accompaniment of this during the onboarding process (visa, aliens office, housing search etc.) and in the offboarding process Administrative support of the department's national and international staff Coordination and organisation of workshops, meetings (national/international) and internal events Administrative work within the department, e.g. support for travel applications Scientific communication with partners and supporters Editorial design and management of the homepage of the various working groups in the department

You have: A completed (scientific) university degree (Bachelor/Master) in environmental sciences or in a related subject or a comparable qualification A strong interest in environmental issues Knowledge of scientific project work, coordination and management and administration management Organisational skills in particular in research Knowledge of budget planning and controlling Experience in the design of websites (CMS, Drupal etc.) and social media Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Teamability, very good communication characteristics as well as independent operation and loadability Joy in working in an international environment
