Holistic Recruiting for all positions in the DACH region – from demand determination to selection to adjustment Proactive talent acquisition by Active Sourcing on relevant platforms and networks Development and maintenance of a talent pool to ensure long-term seizure of critical positions Development and implementation of creative measures to strengthen our employer brand within the framework of employer branding (e.g. social media, university marketing) Continuous optimization of the recruiting processes, including standardization and efficiency enhancement Close cooperation with Hiring Managers, HR teams and external service providers to ensure a smooth recruiting process Creation, analysis and monitoring of KPIs and derivation of recommendations for action to improve recruiting performance

Successfully completed studies or training in human resources management, BWL, economic psychology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in holistic recruiting in the occupation of commercial and commercial positions Knowledge of the proactive approach of talents through relevant platforms and networks Impressed organisational capacity and a structured and independent working Analytical thinking and experience in standardization and efficiency enhancement of recruiting processes Safe handling of popular recruiting tools, applicant management systems and social media platforms Embossed communication skills in German and English
