You control the investment and resource planning for the region and thus contribute to the economic implementation of the investment programme Together with project managers, builders, buyers and other stakeholders, you agree on investment projects and their budget and resource needs The analysis of budget, capacity and date data is part of your working day to identify risks early and to derive appropriate measures You first forecasts, plan/desired/actual comparisons as well as management reports and prepare decision templates for different bodies For transparency via medium outflows, capacities and order layers, you can expect the consolidation and evaluation of relevant control data Coordination of cross-departmental votes and the moderation of workshops and control talks are your responsibility You are working on the further development of processes, methods and control instruments for regional investment and resource planning Ensuring high data quality in the control and resource systems used completes your task profile

Your profile:
