Assistant Procurement Management, Services (m/f/d)

Material orders. You are a contact person for material requests and carry out the purchase of non-commercial goods (office material, consumer goods, employee clothing) for our stores, logistics locations and the head office. Service management. You enter, commission and coordinate external services, for example for maintenance cleaning. Repair and maintenance orders. You control and forget orders for the maintenance of our technical equipment, including in the fields of cleaning machines and transport equipment. Administration. You check invoices, list inventory and repair lists and manage our mobile devices. Stock of goods. You take care of the goods, quality testing and inventory management of the goods.

Commercial background. Training in the field of wholesale and foreign trade management (or in a comparable profession) and ideally first professional experience in the field of purchasing, procurement management or services. Communication strength. You are safe in handling external service providers and performs legally and professionally. Organizational.
