They take over the implementation of national and international procurement procedures and coordinate the necessary materials. The communication and negotiation with suppliers are part of your task as well as close cooperation with internal interfaces, including sales, technology, work preparation and quality. You create inquiries, maintain offers and wrap orders for spare parts, tools and repairs. The timely follow-up of deliveries, order tracking as well as the dunning are your responsibility. They analyze cost-cutting potentials and implement them successfully.

They have completed their studies or professional training with relevant professional experience. Secure handling of SAP and MS Office is of course for you. You can control German and English in a safe manner. Experience in the field of after-sales purchase as well as knowledge in the security and defence industry (Defense) are of advantage.
