HR Controlling Clerk

As a member of the “Central and Personnel Controlling” team, you ensure that our reports are sent to our stakeholders on a reliable and punctual basis.

The following tasks come to you:

You set up our HR Controlling reports on your own (e.g. department statistics, fluctuation rates, sick rates) You develop reporting based on customer requirements in SAC and Excel You are contact person:in for questions about our numbers, data and facts in HR controlling In addition, you have the opportunity to introduce your own ideas and develop our processes

You have a commercial training - ideally with a focus on real estate - successfully completed First professional experience in the field (HR) controlling desirable You have good knowledge of how to deal with MS-Office (especially Excel) and are delighted to give figures a meaning Through your high level of empathy and solution orientation as well as your communication strength in word and writing, you meet the right sound in every situation Your high motivation and readiness to learn complete your profile
