Rehabilitation Counsellor / Career Counsellor in Rehabilitation Assessment (m/w/d)*

In the Berlin-Brandenburg e. V. (BFW), for more than 50 years, we have been dealing with people who have been torn from working life through a disease or accident. We will follow the steps taken to re-enter self-determined, healthy work. This can be the return to the previous job or a restart with a new task. We draw on a professional, differentiated range of funding and work with all the key players in the labour market, for example with rehab and service providers, chambers and employers. The BFW is recognized as a service provider for occupational rehabilitation, listed in the Social Code and organized as a non-profit association in a nationwide network. Be part of it and together with us support the inclusion and social participation in the region. For our REHA department at the site in Mühlenbeck (main site of use) as well as for representations at our other locations, we are looking for the next possible date Reha-Berater/Berufsberater im Reha-Assesment (m/w/d) (in parttime with 30 hours/week) In our Reha-Assessment area, we support our participants through various diagnostic offers and consultations to find an individually suitable decision for their way back to working life.

Individual educational advice and career planning with participants Accompanying the rehabilitation students in group and information events related to Benefits for participation in working life Work in an interdisciplinary team, including rehab instructors, doctors and psychologists* Continuous contacts with rehabilitation bodies and takeover of various administrative activities

Insufficient, closed high or Higher education (Bachelor, Diploma or Master) Multiannual experience in vocational education and/or the integration of people with disabilities Methodological competences and professional experience in targeted discussion and advice Knowledge of the current labour market and its requirements Knowledge of the structures of social services and rehabilitation law Representative team, cooperation and communication skills Skills to coordinate processes and documentation
