Head of Organizational and Quality Development (m/f/d)

As Head of Organisational and Quality Development (m/w/d), you report directly to the Management Board. You lead the central quality management and process management. You are initially responsible for the organizational development and continue to construct it in a perspective. Framework conditions: Location: Hanover, Hahne Holding Central Areas. Type of contract: Unlimited. Hours: Full time, at least 38 hours. Working time: sliding time; up to 20% mobile work. Remuneration: 90.000,00 € to 110.000,00 € gross per year, depending on experience related to 40 hours. Planned entry: at the next possible time.

Your tasks: Organisational development: initiation and control of cross-departmental change and optimization projects and further development of this function in the company. Quality strategy: development and anchoring of the company-wide quality strategy in close cooperation with the management and management of the business units. Process management: further development and rollout of process management throughout the company. Control & Reporting: Combining existing instruments, standards and control logics to an integrated overall system and Building a meaningful reporting on quality, processes, risks and achievement of goals as well as further development of target management, e.g. based on OKR. Leadership: Professional management of the lines in the central quality management and process management as well as further development of executives and specialist areas.

Your profile: Qualification: completed studies, e.g. in health management, business management, organisational development or quality management, or comparable qualification; a qualification as a care professional is advantageous. Experience: Multiannual experience in a responsible role of organisational, quality or process development in healthcare, ideally in stationary and/or outpatient care environment. Expertise and methodologies: Knowledge of organisational development, quality management, process management, key figures management and change management as well as ideally experience with target systems (e.g. OKR). Procedure: Analytical, structured and at the same time pragmatic in the reaction. Communication: Sovereign in exchange with management, executives and specialist experts as well as in the moderation of challenging change processes. Driving licence: Class B driving licence.
