For our branch in Elmshorn we are looking to strengthen our team

Social education (m/w/d)

for individual support for the professional integration process of people with different impairments.

Your tasks

• Social pedagogical accompaniment of persons affected by health
• Advising people for professional reorientation and integration
• implementation of individual discussions to support and stabilise
• Introduction of group work to promote competences
• Documentation of evaluations and accompanying work
• Project-related cooperation with cost providers and other cooperation partners

Your profile

• They have a completed study of social education or comparable qualifications
• Ideally you have experience in occupational rehabilitation or comparable experience with rehabilitation students
• It draws you a resource- and solution-oriented attitude as well as a structured and self-organized way of working
• Good communication skills and holistic thinking
• Embossed social competence and team-oriented work
