Branch Manager Modular Construction - Development of the Frankfurt location (m/f/d)

Design the future – entrepreneurial, strategic and operational. For the construction of our new branch in Frankfurt we are looking for an experienced leader with pioneering spirit. You take over the overall responsibility for the location and develop this sustainable into a strong market player in modular construction. Control sales & Develop market potential You actively tap new market potentials, derive targeted sales strategies and actively develop your sales area (PLZ 60–61, 63–65, 67–69, 54–56 and 97) You are building long-term customer relationships with clients, planners and partners and you are winning new customers with your team You control the entire supply and costing process, consistently track offers to completion and ensure sales realisation You conduct contract and price negotiations and represent the interests of the company safely Organize projects & Ensure implementation You take over the overriding responsibility for the organisation and successful execution of construction projects You coordinate the project organization and production preparation in close coordination with project and construction managers You ensure efficient, time- and quality-oriented processes in the projects up to handover to the customer Control processes & create transparency You analyze and evaluate contract documents, answer the follow-up management and introduce your expertise in economic issues You accompany and support the project management in technical, terminological and economic topics You ensure transparent project reporting and keep costs, appointments and quality in mind of management at any time

Expertise & experience You have completed their studies in civil engineering, in architecture or in industrial engineering (construction) – or a comparable qualification You bring several years of experience in turnkey construction, for example as a sales engineer, project manager or architect – ideally in leadership You can safely master the project business and apply your know-how in design, costing, offer negotiation, follow-up management and reporting Guided tours and communication You lead teams clear, motivating and targeted You communicate convincingly and value-estimatingly and compete safely with customers, partners and internal stakeholders You build sustainable relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Working methods and personality You organize themselves structured and work consistently targeted and result-oriented You analyze complex relationships and develop thoughtful, practical solutions You are ready to travel within your area of responsibility as well as to corporate locations
