The Charlotte Fresenius College is a university-qualified university that is recognized by the State Ministry of Science and Research, Art and Culture. It currently offers six locations in Germany degree programs in the field of psychology and psychotherapy and operates a university ambulance for psychotherapy at the locations Wiesbaden and Munich. Psychology and psychotherapy are at the heart of the Charlotte Fresenius University. The university stands for a future-oriented teaching and research and wants to empower its students to take responsibility towards society and the environment, to show personal integrity and self-responsibility. The educational offer currently includes a Bachelor's and two Master's degree programs in the field of psychology, clinical psychology and psychotherapy.

To strengthen our team of the Charlotte Fresenius University in Munich, we are looking for a part-time with 20 hours a week: Projektmanager (m/w/d).

Acquisition and efficient teaching assignment planning of external and internal lecturers for the degree programs of psychology First contact*in for teachers on study-specific questions Document and Process Care Verification and approval of completed experimental hours Examination and approval of the internships acquired by the students Set up and manage the e-learning system used Execution of admission tests for applicants Preparation and implementation of enrollment events

Completed degree, with Master's degree Experience in managing and organizing workflows, including with appropriate IT tools Knowledge of higher education processes is advantageous Strong service and customer orientation Analysis and problem-solving competence Sovereign, friendly appearance Structured working and organisational skills High communication competence Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
