You support HR Business Partners in operational day-to-day business, e.g. in personnel measures, reporting and support for employees You are responsible for preparing and evaluating personal-relevant analyses and presentations You bring your own ideas and thereby have the opportunity to actively shape HR processes and projects You take responsibility for tasks and smaller HR projects

You are a registered student (m/w/d) in the Bachelor or Master of Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable degree program Your studies relate to Human Resources, ideally you have already been able to deepen first HR-relevant content First practical experience in human resources, e.g. through internships or working student activities, is a plus, but no prerequisite You are safe to use MS Office and work structured, carefully and reliably Motivation, team spirit and good communication skills complete your profile
